Shalltear Bloodfallen (シャルティア・ブラッドフォールン, Sharutia Buraddofōrun) is a true vampire and the Floor Guardian of the first to third floors in the Great Tomb of Nazarick. She was created by Peroroncino and is one of the secondary characters in the Isekai Quartet series.

Personality[]
A prideful and powerful vampire that obeys and is in love with Ainz. While having a mocking tone, she obeys the rules of the New World and gets decently well with her new classmates. Similar to Albedo, she doesn't look down on them as much despite their human lineage as before.
She dislikes women with large breasts because of her small body.

When the groups are split up, she is paired with Rem in the nurse's office.

Shalltear is a powerful vampire. Back in her world, she was one of the few who could fight Ainz.

She is in love with him and imagines numerous scenarios with him. She obeys him by his will and wishes to be with him forever.

She and Albedo either get along when talking about Ainz, or simply fight and bicker. The two taking jabs at one another and relish the other's embarrassment.

She does not like Aqua due to her unintentionally mocking her pad usage and tried to attack her before Albedo stopped her.

Starting with the first day of school, Roswaal is Shalltear's homeroom teacher.
One day, he made her a class nurse alongside Rem.
When working part-time at a cafe alongside Tanya and Weiss, Shalltear attended Roswaal (who was about to order something).
Rem[]
She works with Rem at the nurses office. She is jealous of Rem's breasts and was irritated when Rem got to be the prince in the Cinderella play instead of Ainz.
